How do I book a van?

You can book directly through our online booking system. Choose your vehicle from our fleet, pick your dates, and get an instant quote. You’ll also sign your contract digitally, so no paperwork.

Can I see what vans are available in real-time?

Yes. Our system shows live van availability, so what you see is what’s ready to hire. No guessing, no delays.

Do you take a deposit?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is taken at the time of booking. It’s processed securely through Stripe or GoCardless, and returned automatically after the hire — subject to vehicle condition and mileage.

How do I check in or out a vehicle?

We use a digital check-in and check-out process. You’ll review and sign off on the van’s condition using time-stamped photos for full transparency.

What happens if there’s damage?

Our digital condition reports make this clear. You’ll receive photo evidence of the van before and after your hire, reducing disputes. If there’s new damage, we’ll contact you with details and evidence.

Can I track the van during my hire?

Yes. All our vehicles are fitted with real-time GPS tracking via Samsara. This keeps the fleet secure and gives peace of mind for long-term or business hires.

Are your refrigerated vans temperature monitored?

They are. Our temperature-controlled vans come equipped with thermostat readers to keep goods at the right temperature and log performance throughout the hire.

What about driver safety?

All vehicles include AI dash cams that detect incidents and unsafe driving behaviours. These protect you in the event of an accident and can support insurance claims. More on our fleet safety technology.

Can I manage my hire after booking?

Absolutely. Log in to your self-service portal to:

  • View or modify bookings
  • Download invoices and documents
  • Extend your hire
  • Submit final mileage

What documents do I need to rent a van?

You’ll need:

  • A full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years)
  • Proof of address (dated within the last 3 months)
  • A DVLA licence check code
