Bond Street, Regent Street and much of the West End have tightly timed loading bays and red routes where stopping is banned during the day. We advise booking early morning or off-peak windows and using the service entrances behind the department stores. Tell us the address and we will plan the loading point.
Can you deliver to ExCeL, Olympia and the Barbican for events?
Yes. We support event logistics at ExCeL, Olympia and the Barbican, where vehicle access, loading docks and time slots are strictly controlled. Book your dock slot with the venue and we will line the van collection up to match, with the right size for your equipment.
Do your vans meet ULEZ inside the central zone?
Yes. Every van in our fleet meets the ULEZ emissions standard, so you never pay the 12.50 pound daily charge anywhere in London. The Congestion Charge, 18 pounds in 2026, Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm and weekends from noon, is separate and still applies inside the central zone regardless of the vehicle.
What size van handles narrow Soho and Covent Garden streets best?
For the tight one-way streets and timed bays around Soho and Covent Garden a medium van is far easier to manoeuvre and park than a Luton. Where access allows, we will suggest the largest van that still fits the street and the loading window for your job.
