Central London is unforgiving on transport. Loading windows are short, kerbside time is metered, and the wrong size van costs you the job. Our fleet is built for it, compact city vans for Mayfair boutique deliveries and Covent Garden flat clearances, medium panel vans for Westminster office relocations, and Luton vans with tail lifts for the Square Mile fit-outs that need volume on a tight schedule. Every vehicle is fully ULEZ and Congestion Charge ready, and the cabs stay clean and presentable for client-facing work.
Serving Westminster, the City of London, Mayfair, Covent Garden, the West End, and the entire Zone 1 footprint. Strong access to Olympia, ExCeL, the Barbican, and the Southbank cluster for exhibitions and conferences. Our drivers know the loading restrictions on Bond Street and Regent Street, the timed bays around Soho, the service entrances behind Knightsbridge department stores, and how the Embankment feeds you out toward the A40 or south across the river when the West End locks up.
Yes. Our fleet is ideal for Central London deliveries, with medium vans particularly suited to navigating narrow streets and restricted access areas. All vehicles are ULEZ compliant with no additional charges.
All our vans meet ULEZ standards. For Congestion Charge Zone journeys, you will need to pay the daily charge directly to TfL. We can advise on routes and timing to minimise costs for your specific requirements.
Yes. We have multiple depot locations across Greater London. Many customers collect from outer London locations to avoid central congestion, then drive into the city for their work.
Our medium vans handle most office moves efficiently, offering good manoeuvrability in tight spaces. For larger relocations, our Luton vans with tail lifts can accommodate desks, chairs, and IT equipment.
Yes. We regularly serve event organisers, caterers, and production companies working across Central London venues. Flexible booking times accommodate early load-ins and late-night de-rigs.
Standard van hire does not permit bus lane use. Parking and loading restrictions apply as normal. We recommend checking specific venue or location requirements before your hire period begins.
Bond Street, Regent Street and much of the West End have tightly timed loading bays and red routes where stopping is banned during the day. We advise booking early morning or off-peak windows and using the service entrances behind the department stores. Tell us the address and we will plan the loading point.
Yes. We support event logistics at ExCeL, Olympia and the Barbican, where vehicle access, loading docks and time slots are strictly controlled. Book your dock slot with the venue and we will line the van collection up to match, with the right size for your equipment.
Yes. Every van in our fleet meets the ULEZ emissions standard, so you never pay the 12.50 pound daily charge anywhere in London. The Congestion Charge, 18 pounds in 2026, Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm and weekends from noon, is separate and still applies inside the central zone regardless of the vehicle.
For the tight one-way streets and timed bays around Soho and Covent Garden a medium van is far easier to manoeuvre and park than a Luton. Where access allows, we will suggest the largest van that still fits the street and the loading window for your job.
